Responsibilities

  • Expertly negotiate deals for buyers and sellers.
  • Manage tasks with PLACE Technology.
  • Convert leads into appointments.
  • Participate in weekly script practices.
  • Guide buyers to sign agreements and find homes.
  • Engage in team activities per standards.
  • Attend weekly training and Partner Calls.
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties.
  • Demonstrate skills in pricing, staging, and listing services.
  • Complete the PLACE Launch program.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong sales drive and competitive spirit.
  • Skilled in building relationships and identifying client needs.
  • Effective communicator committed to outstanding service.
  • Team player.
  • Licensed real estate agent.
  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated to learn and develop.
  • Proficient in handling objections.
  • Highly organized.
  • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues.
  • Efficient time manager.

Compensation

$65,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
