Your Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic Director of Sales (DOS) to spearhead the next phase of our expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in real estate, combined with extensive experience in business development, scaling operations, and building high-performing teams. As a vital part of our leadership team, the DOS will play a crucial role in setting strategic objectives, streamlining operational processes, and mentoring agents to boost their performance and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example: Maintain a minimum of 24 transactions per year while demonstrating mastery of PLACE systems, playbooks, and processes.
- Drive growth: Recruit at least one agent per month once training is complete (beginning around months 9–12).
- Operational leadership: Oversee daily business operations, holding all leadership roles (DOO, Director of Growth, etc.) accountable for results.
- Systems implementation: Ensure PLACE systems, processes, and technology are fully integrated throughout the business.
- Database management: Monitor client engagement and ensure all leads and contacts are being effectively served by the team.
- Financial management: Partner in P&L oversight, ensuring all business decisions align with the PLACE economic model and deliver measurable ROI.
- Agent support & coaching: Assist with meetings, training, and team functions, helping agents grow productive, sustainable businesses.
- Culture & care: Foster an environment of accountability, collaboration, and self-care — modeling leadership that prioritizes people and performance.
Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
