Responsibilities

  • • Lead daily Power-Up meetings Monday through Thursday from 9:00 to 9:30 AM
    • Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions
    • Drive accountability around lead generation, scripts, and commitments
    • Track performance metrics and address gaps in real time
    • Support recruiting, hiring, and training efforts

Qualifications

You are a natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales. Your passion is helping others achieve their goals through coaching and mentoring.

  • Former or current top-producing real estate agent
  • Mentor-based leadership that supports our agent partners to achieve goals
  • Excellent at building rapport
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Learning based
  • Able to build and lead a team
  • Real estate license
  • 5+ years of industry and sales experience required 

Compensation

$65,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
