Responsibilities

  • Recruit fresh sales talent to bolster the team's ranks.
    Provide comprehensive coaching and training to every sales professional, ensuring they meet their objectives.
    Attain mastery in mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all facets of homeownership.
    Commit to regular one-on-one coaching sessions, weekly training sessions, Partner Calls, and leadership development programs.
    Become proficient in utilizing PLACE Technology.
    Participate actively in the PLACE Leadership Development program.
    Implement PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and refine operational systems.
    Pursue continuous growth as a real estate sales expert by engaging in client prospecting and consultation.
    Manage and innovate existing campaigns while devising new ones.
    Oversee contract negotiations across the board.
    Ensure optimal utilization of database capabilities and leads by sales professionals.

You excel as a natural leader with a proven history of success in real estate sales. Your genuine passion lies in empowering others to reach their full potential through effective coaching and mentorship. With strong organizational abilities, you effortlessly manage tasks and priorities.

Holding a real estate license, you bring over five years of industry and sales experience to the table, with a preference for candidates boasting three or more years of leadership experience.

Compensation

$25,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
