Director of Sales (Real Estate Team, Overland Park, KS)
Part-Time 15 to 20 hours per week | Performance-Based Pay $40,000 to $80,000+

We are seeking a high-performing real estate professional to step into a Director of Sales role focused on driving accountability, performance, and daily execution within a results-driven team.

In this role, you will lead daily Power-Up meetings, coach agents on lead generation and time blocking, track performance metrics, and hold agents accountable to commitments while continuing to sell at a moderate level.

• • Lead daily Power-Up meetings Monday through Thursday from 9:00 to 9:30 AM
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Drive accountability around lead generation, scripts, and commitments
  • Track performance metrics and address gaps in real time
  • Support recruiting, hiring, and training efforts

• • Former or current top-producing real estate agent
• Accountability-based leadership driving people to achieve goals
• Excellent at building rapport
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills

• Real estate license
• 5+ years of industry and sales experience required 
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred

$45,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
