Responsibilities
- Motivate and Lead the Sales Team:
- Set the standard for excellence by leading daily script practice and hands-on team lead generation activities.
- Motivate and energize the team with dynamic,
- Results-focused monthly sales meetings, incorporating powerful training, lead quarterly PLACE performance contests, and clear accountability to drive production and growth.
- Attract and Develop Talent:
- Consistently identify and cultivate top real estate talent that aligns with Brittany Purcell & Associates + PLACE’s values.
- Conduct career conversations to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Coach and Train Sales Professionals:
- Conduct impactful weekly 1:1 coaching sessions centered on goal attainment, personal growth, and business mastery.
- Hold agents firmly accountable to their individualized success plans and production benchmarks, ensuring alignment with their career goals and team standards.
- Champion the success of new agents by guiding them through PLACE Launch training and helping them rapidly achieve key productivity milestones.
- Lead through PLACE’s proven productivity rhythms, diagnosing individual gaps, prescribing targeted training, and connecting agents’ business plans to actionable growth strategies.
- Oversee Sales Operations:
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations on lead generation strategy and execution.
- Track agent productivity and maintain accountability around contacts, agreements, closings, and profits.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure agents fully leverage database and CRM tools.
- Expand Knowledge Base:
- Commit to continuous learning through PLACE trainings, leadership calls, and industry development opportunities.
- Maintain expert knowledge of mortgage financing, and real estate investment strategies.
- Manage and Protect Company Culture:
- Foster a collaborative, high-achieving culture where individual strengths unite to drive continuous growth and inspire every team member to reach their full potential.
- Build a cohesive, energetic "work hard, live well" culture that reflects Brittany Purcell & Associates’s philosophy of balance and well-being.

Qualifications
- Accountability-driven leadership that motivates others to succeed.
- Strong rapport-building skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Highly organized with strong operational and systems-based thinking.
- Growth-oriented, learning-based, and coachable.
- Ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
- Minimum 5+ years of real estate sales and industry experience preferred.
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience preferred.
- Active Real Estate License required.
Compensation
$250,000 - $350,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
