Premier Property Solutions powered by PLACE is looking for a Director of Sales (DOS) to help lead our growing organization throughout North and South Carolina.
This is not an admin position. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in:

You’ll work directly alongside ownership and operations leadership while leveraging the systems, structure, coaching, and models of PLACE — one of the top real estate platforms in North America.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Leadership & Coaching
- Coach and hold agents accountable to production goals
- Lead roleplay, training, and skill development
- Monitor pipelines, follow-up, and conversion metrics
- Help agents improve consistency and productivity
Recruiting & Growth
- Conduct recruiting conversations and career consultations
- Build relationships with agents inside and outside the industry
- Drive recruiting pipeline activity through proven systems
- Assist with onboarding and integration of new agents
Culture & Retention
- Help reinforce team standards and culture
- Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives
- Support agent engagement and retention
- Create an environment of accountability and support
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate

NC and/or SC real estate license required.
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
