• Design and roll out career development programs that really fit the needs of our real estate pros at The Realty Group Coastal Virginia.
• Work closely with management to spot training gaps and put together workshops, seminars, and coaching that hit the mark.
• Keep an eye on how our career development efforts are doing and tweak them to get better results.
• Offer one-on-one coaching and mentorship to help agents and staff grow professionally.
• Stay in the loop with the latest industry trends and best practices to keep our career programs fresh and effective.
• Have access to leads and appointments to grow your business to 15+ closings a year
• Keep track of all career development activities, how participants are progressing, and how well the programs are working.

• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful career development programs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze workforce needs and develop strategic plans to support agent growth and retention
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively with agents, brokers, and senior management to foster a culture of continuous learning
• Sales experience is a must, real estate experience is optional

$200,000 - $300,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
