Courier/Listing Assistant — The Collective Company

Become an essential part of our downtown Kirkwood real estate team. In this versatile role, you’ll support daily operations through reliable courier services, listing preparation, and professional communication with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver signs, paperwork, and other materials accurately and on schedule
• Help prepare properties, marketing materials, and other items for upcoming listings
• Communicate courteously and professionally with clients and team members
• Provide organized, hands-on assistance in a busy, fast-moving environment
• Support the ongoing growth and success of The Collective Company

The ideal candidate is dependable, collaborative, and highly organized, with the ability to manage a range of responsibilities. Creativity and social media experience are strong assets.

• Deliver important documents, contracts, and marketing materials promptly and securely to listings.
• Pick up signs and materials from partner vendors/ printers.
• Support open houses and client meetings as directed by the listing agents.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, appointments, and client communications.
• Support the marketing team by assembling listing packets, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and assisting with general office tasks.
• Ensure all courier equipment and storage units are maintained and ready for daily operations.

• Previous experience in real estate, courier services, or administrative support is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of the St Louis area and surrounding neighborhoods
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a professional demeanor
• Ability to lift and carry packages and materials up to 25 lbs
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

$15.00 - $20.00 USD Hourly
