Become a Courier/Listing Assistant with The Collective Company in Kirkwood, USA!

Take on an essential role within our vibrant real estate team based in downtown Kirkwood. You will be responsible for the prompt and efficient delivery of signs, documents, and other materials, while supporting listing preparations and handling client communications. • Deliver important documents, contracts, and marketing materials promptly and securely to listings.
• Pick up signs and materials from partner vendors/ printers.
• Support open houses and client meetings as directed by the listing agents.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, appointments, and client communications.
• Support the marketing team by assembling listing packets, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and assisting with general office tasks.
• Ensure all courier equipment and storage units are maintained and ready for daily operations.

• Previous experience in real estate, courier services, or administrative support is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of the St Louis area and surrounding neighborhoods
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a professional demeanor
• Ability to lift and carry packages and materials up to 25 lbs
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

$15.00 - $20.00 USD Hourly
