As the Content Creator for the #1 Real Estate Team in Arkansas, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s voice and connecting with thousands of clients and followers across multiple platforms. You’ll create scroll-stopping content that showcases our listings, team culture, client success stories, and the vibrant lifestyle of the communities we serve.

•  Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (video, photo, graphics, and copy) for social media, website, email, and more
•  Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) and property tours
• Write engaging captions, blog posts, and marketing copy that fit our brand voice
•  Design branded graphics and marketing materials (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
•  Monitor trends and analytics to optimize engagement and reach
• Collaborate with agents and marketing team to bring ideas to life

• Creative thinker with a portfolio of social media content or marketing work
•  Strong skills in video editing, photography, and graphic design
•  Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
•  Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
•  Bonus: Experience in real estate marketing or luxury branding
