Responsibilities

• Complete the New Agent Training program with PLACE

• Maintain accurate records in our database of leads and clients

• Assist licensed agents by scheduling and conducting property showings for

prospective buyers

• Provide detailed information about properties and neighborhoods to clients during

showings

• Coordinate with clients and agents to ensure timely and eƯicient property visits

• Maintain accurate records of showings and client feedback for agent review

• Support agents with administrative tasks related to property listings and client

communications

• Attend training sessions to gain knowledge of real estate practices and company

protocols

• Uphold professionalism and excellent customer service standards during all client

interactions

• Maintains a cheerful and optimistic demeanor

• Comfortable spending extensive time driving

• Skilled at understanding clients' preferences and aligning them with suitable

properties

• Motivated by continuous personal and professional development

• Goal-oriented with a track record of achievement

• Proactive in initiating contact and following up with leads both face-to-face and via

phone

• Experience using database or CRM systems is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must hold an active Oregon or Washington State Real Estate License

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
