Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective condo buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase available condo units and highlight key features.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
- Coordinate with mortgage brokers, lawyers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction progress using CRM software.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in condo sales or residential real estate, preferably within the Toronto market
- Valid real estate license in Ontario (RECO registration)
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and condominium developments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Self motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
Compensation
$100,000 - $170,000 CAD Yearly
This is a commission based position.

What You'll Do:
- Execute a lead generation lever weekly
- Conduct minimum four open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation into appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice
- Engage in team activities
- Commit to 1:1 coaching sessions, morning power ups, and Partner Calls
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and effectively market homes
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Skills You Have:
- Team player
- Licensed real estate professional
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized with excellent time management skills
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
