Castle Real Estate Group is looking for a people-focused real estate agent to help grow the team’s community presence through client events, networking, and relationship marketing. This role blends traditional real estate sales with community engagement and brand building.

• Attend and host community events and client appreciation events
• Build relationships with local businesses and vendors
• Generate leads through networking and referrals
• Promote team events and listings on social media
• Follow up with past clients and sphere of influence
• Assist with open houses and local partnerships
• Represent the Castle Group brand in the community
• Support team marketing initiatives and outreach campaigns

• Active Arizona real estate license with 1+ year experience
• Outgoing and relationship-driven personality
• Strong social media and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking at events and networking
• Organized with strong follow-through
• Passion for community involvement and client experience

$70,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
