We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant & Talent Coordinator to support our CEO and lead efforts in talent attraction and relationship-building. This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruiting, customer service, and inbound sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

You’ll manage the CEO’s calendar and communications, help build our talent pipeline, represent our brand at local networking events, and ensure both prospective agents and clients feel seen, heard, and valued.

Responsibilities

Executive Support:

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, interviews, events, and follow-ups
  • Handle communications on behalf of the CEO via email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Prepare materials, agendas, and notes for meetings as needed

Recruiting & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and connect with potential real estate agents and team members
  • Attend networking events and represent The MORE Real Estate Group in the community
  • Follow up with candidates and schedule recruiting appointments
  • Support onboarding of new team members

Customer Service & Sales:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from agents, partners, and potential clients
  • Provide exceptional service and guidance to all leads and contacts
  • Communicate the value and vision of The MORE Real Estate Group to prospective partners

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service (real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Excellent communicator with a warm, confident, and professional demeanor
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and thrives in a team-oriented culture
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and email platforms
  • A relationship-builder who loves meeting new people and creating meaningful connections

Compensation

$50,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
