Your Role

As a Commercial Real Estate Agent on our team, you will:

• Prospect, network, and build relationships with investors, business owners, and developers.
• Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and investment strategies across various asset classes.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify opportunities and provide insights.
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from start to close with a focus on client success.
• Collaborate with our residential and mortgage partners to provide clients with a full-service real estate experience.

• Active Oregon Real Estate License (required).
• 2+ years of real estate experience (commercial experience preferred, residential experience with interest in transitioning considered).
• Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping clients grow and invest.
• Team player eager to leverage PLACE systems and coaching to maximize results.

$150,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
