Responsibilities
- Graduate from our Agent Launch We have a super dialed 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today’s market. The average agent closes (or pends) 2-3 transactions during this time, seasoned agent is 6-7.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local community developments to provide clients with up-to-date information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to expand the company's network and business opportunities.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Utilize marketing strategies and tools to promote properties and attract potential buyers or renters.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License in the state of North Carolina.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the Emerald Isle real estate market and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in real estate software and technology tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in real estate or related fields are a plus.
Compensation
$55,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
