Flourish is seeking a licensed Colorado real estate professional to step into a rare, high access position working directly alongside our CEO (owner and operator) of one of the nation’s top performing real estate firms, himself a leading agent in the Littleton market. This is not a traditional assistant role, nor is it a passive internship. It is an apprenticeship designed for someone intent on accelerating their trajectory through proximity, exposure, and execution.
This individual will operate shoulder to shoulder with Dave in the daily rhythm of high level real estate. From client strategy and appointments to operational execution, this role offers a front row seat to how elite production is built and sustained.
The Opportunity
This role blends executive support with active real estate participation. It requires someone who can move fluidly between precision driven administrative work and on the ground client support, all while absorbing the nuance of top tier deal flow.
On any given day, this person may:
• Support client appointments, showings, and listing walkthroughs
• Coordinate and install listing collateral, signage, and lockboxes
• Prepare and manage open house execution
• Assist in transaction flow with direct mentorship and oversight
• Manage calendar logistics, communications, and task prioritization
• Run strategic errands and ensure seamless daily operations
• Support event coordination tied to client and community engagement
In parallel, this individual will gain direct exposure to how a top agent thinks, communicates, negotiates, and operates. Over time, there will be opportunities to take on increasing responsibility within transactions, with real time coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems daily
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Support showings, appointments, and listing walkthroughs
- Coordinate listing setup including signage, lockboxes, and marketing materials
- Prepare and execute open houses
- Manage calendar, communications, and daily priorities + Handle day to day errands and logistical support
- Assist with event coordination and client experience initiatives

Required Experience and Qualifications
Active Colorado Real Estate License - must already be licensed for at least 6mos +
Prior participation in a minimum of 5 closed real estate transactions
Working knowledge of Colorado contracts and transaction flow
Proficiency in CTMeContracts, REcolorado, ShowingTime, and Google Workspace
Strongly preferred: familiarity with IRES, PPAR, Brivity, Follow Up Boss, and REZen
Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
