• Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
• Conduct thorough market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties
• Schedule and accompany clients on property viewings and open houses
• Negotiate purchase offers and contracts on behalf of buyers to secure favorable terms
• Coordinate with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and answer questions throughout the buying process
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, zoning laws, and financing options in Sparta Township, NJ-15 area

• Valid New Jersey real estate license
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Buyers Agent or in a similar real estate role
• Strong knowledge of the Sparta Township and surrounding NJ-15 real estate market
• Proven track record of successfully closing residential property transactions
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
