• Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Guide clients through the entire buying process, including financing, inspections, and closing procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay current with local real estate laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide expert advice.

• Valid real estate license in the state of California
• Minimum of 1 year sales experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
