Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Conduct thorough market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties
  • Schedule and accompany clients on property showings and open houses
  • Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms
  • Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and answer questions throughout the buying process
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends, zoning regulations, and financing options to advise clients effectively

Qualifications

  • Current real estate license for Rhode Island or Connecticut
  • Great at negotiating, communicating, and connecting with people
  • Comfortable using real estate CRM tools and MLS platforms
  • Detail-focused with good organization and time management skills
  • Able to work well on your own and with a team
  • Dedicated to delivering excellent client service and building lasting relationships
  • Knowledgeable about local, state, and federal real estate rules
  • Dependable transportation and a flexible schedule to meet client needs

Compensation

$60,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
