Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE Launch and participate in ongoing team training
Execute weekly lead generation systems and follow-up plans
Convert prospecting, open house, database, and lead generation activities into buyer appointments
Consult with buyers and secure signed buyer agreements
Educate buyers on the home buying process, market conditions, financing timelines, and expectations
Help buyers identify homes that align with their goals, needs, timeline, and budget
Show homes and provide clear, professional guidance throughout the search process
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers
Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, listing agents, and team members throughout the transaction
Communicate consistently with buyers from consultation to closing
Track tasks, activities, leads, opportunities, and client updates in PLACE technology
Participate in weekly coaching, team meetings, trainings, and skill-building sessions
Attend script practice and use proven dialogues to improve consultation and conversion skills
Host open houses as part of your business growth plan
Follow team standards, systems, and accountability expectations
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, growth-focused team culture
Deliver a high level of client service and represent Elite Realty Group professionally in the community
Qualifications
Active real estate license required
Buyer-side real estate experience preferred, but not required for the right growth-minded agent
Strong desire to build a successful real estate career with structure, coaching, and accountability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong relationship-building skills with buyers, agents, lenders, vendors, and community partners
Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed to serve buyer clients
Organized enough to manage client communication, deadlines, showings, and follow-up
Growth-minded, learning-based, and open to coaching
Willing to practice scripts, improve skills, and get better on purpose
Positive, professional, and solutions-focused, especially when buyers are stressed and the market is being spicy
Accountable to goals, standards, activities, and results
Competitive in a healthy way and motivated by progress
Resilient, consistent, and willing to do the work when it is not glamorous
Client-focused and committed to delivering a high level of service
Comfortable being part of a team that encourages, supports, and challenges each other

Compensation
$80,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
