Responsibilities

  • Engage with Hudson Stonegate-provided leads to convert opportunities into active clients and successful closings
  • Develop strong client relationships by understanding their needs and guiding them through every step of the home-buying process
  • Help clients identify suitable properties, secure buyer representation agreements, and coordinate property tours
  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize purchase offers, always prioritizing the client’s best interests
  • Oversee key steps in the transaction process to ensure a seamless closing experience and high client satisfaction
  • Attend weekly coaching, training sessions, and team check-ins to continually improve performance and stay aligned with goals
  • Take part in regular team meetings, activities, and events per established team expectations
  • Use PLACE technology to manage daily tasks, client records, and communication follow-ups
  • Apply PLACE lead generation methods consistently each week to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified buyers

Qualifications

  • Active Colorado real estate license
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in real estate, with a focus on working with buyers
  • Demonstrated success in closing real estate transactions
  • Solid understanding of the Colorado market and local neighborhoods
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently while also thriving in a team setting
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and other real estate tech tools
  • Well-organized with strong time management abilities
  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Dedicated to delivering a high level of client service

Compensation

$85,000 - $165,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
