• Utilize PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Host four open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
• Join in team activities according to team standards
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and help them find suitable homes
• Draft and negotiate offers for your buyers
• Keep track of activities and clients using PLACE Technology
