• Assist clients in identifying their needs and preferences to find their dream home
• Conduct property searches, arrange showings, and provide detailed information on properties
• Guide buyers through the entire home-buying process, including negotiations, inspections, and closing procedures
• Build strong relationships with buyers to foster trust and long-term loyalty
• Stay up to date on market trends, pricing, and neighborhood information to offer expert advice
• Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals to ensure smooth transactions
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and potentially gain referrals

• Licensed real estate agent in Oregon
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
