What You’ll Receive

You won’t be expected to serve as the Real Estate Advisor, Transaction Coordinator, and Marketing Manager all at once. Our team handles these essential functions so you can concentrate on building relationships, meeting with clients, showing homes, and growing your business.

Personalized mentorship and ongoing coaching.
Every agent is paired with an Agent Advisor who is invested in your development. You’ll receive weekly coaching, ongoing training, and access to support whenever you need guidance, encouragement, troubleshooting, or a reason to celebrate.

Reliable lead generation and marketing resources.
Our lead-generation system supports sphere marketing, open houses, prospecting, listing opportunities, and online inquiries. You’ll also have access to Brivity CRM, Mojo, Canva Pro, and a Touch Program that helps you remain visible to your network. Additional resources include print and digital marketing, social media templates, a marketing dollar match program, and geographic farming support—helping you maintain a steady pipeline without rebuilding your strategy every month.

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly  
• Conduct two open houses monthly 
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology
