Responsibilities

• Follow all guidance on training to increase your productivity. 
• Learn all real estate skills for contracts/legal.
• Make 150 calls per day.
• Learn all scripts/dialogues to provide great customer service.
• Shadow meetings/appointments with top producing agents.
• Shadow team members.
• Go on appointments with consumers.

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
