Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
- Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Kansas or Missouri
- Minimum of 2 years experience in residential real estate sales preferred
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Overland Park and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, and legal requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
