• Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
• Conduct thorough market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties
• Schedule and conduct property showings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers
• Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms
• Coordinate with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, zoning laws, and financing options to provide expert advice

• Valid real estate license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Buyers Agent or in a similar real estate role
• Strong knowledge of the Miami real estate market and local neighborhoods
• Proven ability to negotiate and close real estate transactions effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Familiarity with real estate contracts, financing options, and closing processes
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

$60,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
