We are seeking a dedicated Buyers Agent to join our Long Island-based real estate team. This position offers the opportunity to assist clients in finding their ideal homes within a supportive and collaborative work environment. Our team is committed to fostering your professional development through our Agent Launch program, while enabling you to contribute significantly to fulfilling our clients’ real estate goals.

• Implement lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
• Engage in script practice sessions and actively participate in all team-related activities as outlined by team standards
• Dedicate time to group and one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Provide comprehensive consultations to buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients
• Maintain accurate records of activities and client interactions using our technology

• Motivated sales professional with a competitive drive
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
• Experienced in lead generation and prospecting
• Effective at handling objections
• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Licensed real estate agent

$51,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
