Responsibilities

  • Respond to and follow up with buyer leads
    Quick and consistent follow-up helps convert leads into active clients and keeps your pipeline full.
  • Schedule and show homes to prospective buyers
    Provides clients with personal guidance and insight as they explore options and make informed decisions.
  • Consult with buyers to understand their needs, wants, and financial goals
    Helps narrow down the search, saving time and increasing satisfaction with the home-buying process.
  • Write, present, and negotiate purchase offers
    Protects your client’s interests while striving to get the best terms and ensure a smooth path to closing.
  • Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and title companies
    Keeps the transaction on track by managing timelines and ensuring all parties are aligned.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed and supported
    Builds trust, reduces stress, and leads to positive referrals and repeat business.
  • Use CRM and other tools to track activities, manage follow-ups, and stay organized
    Supports a scalable business and ensures no opportunity falls through the cracks.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Active real estate license (or currently pursuing one)
    Required to legally represent buyers in property transactions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    Essential for understanding client needs, delivering great service, and maintaining trust.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented
    Thrives in a fast-paced, results-based environment where your income reflects your effort.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    Balances multiple clients, showings, and deadlines while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Comfortable using technology and real estate tools
    Familiarity with MLS, showing software, and CRMs improves efficiency and client service.
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
    Real estate is client-driven, and availability is key to winning business and providing top-tier service.

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
