Responsibilities
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Complete Buyer Certifications and Web lead conversion certifications
- Conduct min 2 open houses per month
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
- Participate in script practice sessions according to team standards
- Engage in team activities as per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
- Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
- Track activities and manage clients using PLACE Technology
Qualifications

Compensation
$125,000 - $300,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
