Responsibilities
What You’ll Do to Win Here:
- Master proven lead generation systems and follow a consistent weekly pipeline-building routine
- Host two high-energy open houses every month to create conversations and attract new clients
- Turn opportunities into results by converting leads and conversations into scheduled appointments
- Sharpen your skills daily by participating in team script practice and communication training
- Be an active contributor to team culture, collaboration, and growth initiatives
- Engage in professional development through weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and Partner calls
- Guide buyers through the full journey—educate, consult, secure signed buyer agreements, and help them find their perfect home
- Write, present, and negotiate winning offers to create the best outcomes for your clients
- Stay organized and accountable by tracking your pipeline and performance using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
Who You Are:
You’re a driven, competitive, and service-minded sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
