Support clients through every stage of the homebuying journey, from the first consultation to the closing day. This role is ideal for a driven agent who excels at lead generation, building strong client relationships, guiding home tours, crafting offers, and providing reliable assistance to buyers throughout the entire process.
Responsibilities
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Host a minimum of two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
- Take part in team events and initiatives as outlined by team standards
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection
- Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients
- Monitor and document activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology

Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
