What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Connect with motivated buyer leads—we provide them, you nurture them
• Tour homes with clients and help them identify the right fit for their needs
• Educate clients on the buying process and current market trends
• Write, present, and negotiate offers with confidence and guidance
• Collaborate with our support team so you can stay focused on relationships, not paperwork
• Stay organized using our proven systems, tools, and tech
• Attend team trainings & coaching sessions to stay sharp and grow your skills
• Build lasting relationships with buyers to encourage repeat and referral business

What You Bring to the Table:

• An active Ohio Real Estate License — or you’re actively working toward one
• People-first mindset — you're a natural relationship-builder
• Strong communication skills — in person, over the phone, and via text/email
• Self-motivation — you take initiative and love setting (and hitting) goals
• Willingness to learn — open to coaching, feedback, and growth
• Comfort with technology — CRMs, apps, and digital tools don’t scare you
• Availability for flexible hours — including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation — for local showings and appointments
• Reliable laptop, cellphone, and home wifi — for client communication, offer writing, and more

$35,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
