💼 What You’ll Be Doing (and Learning FAST)

🏡 Work with Active Buyers

• Guide clients through the home buying journey
• Show homes, answer questions, and build trust quickly
• Deliver an exceptional, professional experience

🔍 Understand + Refine Needs

• Analyze buyer criteria and match them to the right homes
• Provide feedback and guidance to help clients make decisions

✍️ Write + Negotiate Offers

• Structure competitive offers and protect your clients
• Learn negotiation directly from top producers

📞 Convert Opportunities

• Follow up with team-provided leads and your own pipeline
• Set appointments and move clients toward contracts

📈 Lead Generate Daily

• Minimum 10 hours/week building your pipeline
• Consistency = income

🧠 Train + Practice

• Weekly script practice and team trainings
• Master objection handling and conversion

📊 Track + Perform

• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology
• Operate like a professional from day one

Other Items:

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly  
• Conduct two open houses monthly 
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$55,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
