• Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
• Conduct market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties and market trends
• Schedule and conduct property showings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers
• Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and answer any questions throughout the buying process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business

• Valid real estate license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Buyers Agent or in a similar real estate role
• Strong knowledge of the Sulphur Springs real estate market and surrounding areas
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and transactions simultaneously
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
