• Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
• Conduct market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on listings and real estate market trends
• Coordinate and lead property showings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers
• Advocate for clients during negotiations to secure favorable purchase terms and agreements
• Work closely with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process
• Maintain regular communication with clients, offering timely updates and addressing any questions throughout the buying process
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business opportunities

• Possession of a valid and current Texas real estate license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Buyers Agent or in a similar real estate role
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Plano real estate market and surrounding areas
• Strong negotiation and communication expertise
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
• Proficient with real estate CRM systems and MLS platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability to accommodate client needs

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
