• Guide clients in finding and acquiring residential properties that align with their preferences and financial plans
• Perform market analysis and deliver current information on property listings and real estate trends to clients
• Arrange and lead property tours, emphasizing important features and advantages to prospective buyers
• Represent clients in negotiating purchase offers and counteroffers to achieve optimal terms
• Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, and other relevant parties to facilitate a seamless transaction
• Keep clients informed with consistent updates and promptly address any inquiries during the buying journey
• Develop and nurture lasting client relationships to promote referrals and ongoing business opportunities

• Current and valid Texas real estate license
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Buyers Agent or in a comparable real estate position
• In-depth understanding of the Forney real estate market and nearby communities
• Exceptional skills in negotiation and communication
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple clients and transactions concurrently
• Experienced in using real estate CRM platforms and MLS databases
• Highly detail-focused with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Able to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Dependable transportation and a flexible schedule to meet client demands

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
