• Guide clients in finding and acquiring residential properties that align with their preferences and financial plans
• Perform thorough market analysis and keep clients informed about current listings and real estate trends
• Organize and lead property tours, emphasizing important features and advantages to prospective buyers
• Represent clients in negotiations to achieve optimal purchase conditions and agreements
• Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals to facilitate a seamless transaction
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and promptly addressing any inquiries during the buying journey
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships to promote referrals and ongoing business opportunities

• Active and valid Texas real estate license required
• At least 2 years of experience as a Buyers Agent or in a comparable real estate position
• In-depth understanding of the Denton County real estate market and nearby regions
• Excellent negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
• Demonstrated success in handling multiple clients and transactions concurrently
• Skilled in using real estate CRM software and MLS systems
• Highly detail-focused with strong organizational capabilities and efficient time management
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Dependable transportation and flexible schedule to meet client demands

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
