Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Handle all inbound buyer inquiries and team-generated leads, managing each client relationship directly from first contact through closing.
- Buyer Consultation: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to guide clients through the Chicago home buying journey, including pre-approval, neighborhood selection, and timeline coordination.
- Property Tours: Coordinate and lead focused property showings across Chicago and its suburbs, helping clients assess value and identify potential issues in real time.
- Market Analysis: Leverage MRED/ConnectMLS to produce accurate Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), empowering clients to make confident, competitive offers.
- Transaction Oversight: Manage critical phases such as "Attorney Review" and inspections, collaborating closely with local attorneys and lenders to ensure smooth and timely closings.
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Real Estate Broker License (required).
- Proven Success: Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience with a strong record of buyer-side closings.
- In-Depth Market Knowledge: Extensive understanding of Chicago neighborhoods, nearby suburbs, and current market conditions.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients in the home buying process, including identifying suitable properties, scheduling showings, and providing market analysis.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with sellers and their agents to secure favorable terms for clients.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property.
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and local neighborhood developments to provide clients with the most current information.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns throughout the buying process.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Illinois
- Proven experience as a Buyers Agent or relevant real estate role
- Strong knowledge of the Chicago real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with real estate software and technology
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping clients
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Chicago area

Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
