Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Take full responsibility for inbound buyer inquiries and leads generated by the team, managing each client relationship from initial contact through to closing without intermediaries.
  • Buyer Guidance: Perform thorough needs assessments to educate clients on the Chicago home buying process, covering pre-approval, neighborhood options, and timeline planning.
  • Property Showings: Organize and lead targeted property tours throughout Chicago and its suburbs, assisting clients in evaluating value and identifying potential concerns on the spot.
  • Market Expertise: Utilize MRED/ConnectMLS to quickly generate precise Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), enabling clients to submit competitive offers confidently.
  • Transaction Coordination: Skillfully oversee the "Attorney Review" and inspection stages, working closely with local attorneys and lenders to ensure smooth, timely closings.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Illinois Real Estate Broker License (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated Success: At least 1–2 years of real estate experience with a proven record of closing buyer-side deals.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Chicago neighborhoods, surrounding suburban areas, and current market inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in the home buying process, including identifying suitable properties, scheduling showings, and providing market analysis.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with sellers and their agents to secure favorable terms for clients.
  • Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property.
  • Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and local neighborhood developments to provide clients with the most current information.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns throughout the buying process.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License in the state of Illinois
  • Proven experience as a Buyers Agent or relevant real estate role
  • Strong knowledge of the Chicago real estate market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficient with real estate software and technology

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
