Commit to a 12 week training program followed by:

📞 Minimum of 5 hours of Lead Generation per week including one open house per week
🚗 Minimum of 3 hours per week Showing Appointments
🎤 Minimum of 2 hours per week dedicated to script training and practice
🎯 Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
🧠 Participate in script practice, trainings, and team activities
🤝 Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify homes that fit their goals
✍️ Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
📊 Track activities and clients through team technology systems
📲 Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients and leads

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit and a strong desire to grow. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. $35,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
