Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their real estate goals and requirements.
  • Perform comprehensive market analysis to uncover valuable properties and identify emerging trends.
  • Support clients during negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Create and deliver detailed property listings and promotional materials.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest real estate laws and regulatory updates.
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in real estate or a related sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proficient time management.
  • Possession of a valid real estate license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program.
  • Implement PLACE's lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
  • Host two open houses each month.
  • Transform lead generation and prospecting efforts into scheduled appointments.
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines.
  • Actively participate in all team-related activities.
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls.
  • Provide consultations to sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties.
  • Apply expert knowledge in pricing strategies, home staging, and other listing services.
  • Skillfully negotiate deals to favorably represent your sellers.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using PLACE Technology.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$50,000 - $99,999 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
