Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and guide them in identifying suitable homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your buyer clients
- Track tasks and activities daily using PLACE Technology
- Host at least two open houses per month to generate buyer leads
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into buyer consultations and appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice in alignment with team standards
- Engage consistently in team meetings, events, and activities
- Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, team training, and the PLACE Partner Call
- Maintain a deep understanding of market conditions, neighborhoods, and property values to advise buyers effectively
- Provide exceptional service from initial consultation through closing and beyond
Qualifications
You are a motivated and service-oriented sales professional with a passion for helping clients find the perfect home. You excel at building relationships, listening actively, and guiding buyers through a thoughtful, consultative process. Prospecting and lead generation energize you, and you're comfortable navigating objections to create win-win outcomes. You’re organized, coachable, and committed to delivering an exceptional buyer experience.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Active real estate license
- 1–3+ years of real estate sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Learning-based and growth-minded
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and implement proven scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with local market trends and buyer behavior (or willingness to learn quickly)
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,800 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
