• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into confirmed client appointments.
• Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the property acquisition process, delivering informed advice and recommendations.
• Conduct property tours and open houses, professionally highlighting the distinctive features of each listing to prospective buyers.
• Represent clients during negotiations, striving to secure favorable terms and agreements on their behalf.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and key contacts to expand the company’s network and business opportunities.
• Manage and organize all transaction documentation, ensuring precision and compliance with legal requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all designated technology platforms in accordance with team protocols.
• Engage regularly in one-on-one coaching sessions, team meetings, training programs, and Partner Calls.

• Possession of a current and valid Real Estate License in PA.
• Demonstrated professional experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to operate autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proven organizational proficiency and effective time management skills.
