Guide buyers and sellers through their next move. Your work includes generating opportunities, hosting open houses, negotiating offers, and keeping clients informed through closing. Coaching, training, proven systems, and tools help you build momentum and deliver excellent client service. Newly licensed and experienced agents are welcome to explore the opportunity.

• Complete the PLACE Launch program
• Use PLACE lead generation tools regularly each week
• Meet with buyers, help them sign agreements, and find the right homes
• Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
• Keep track of your tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host two open houses every month
• Turn your prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
• Join in weekly script practice sessions with the team
• Take part in team activities as expected
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Work with sellers to secure listings and promote their homes
• Share your knowledge on pricing, staging, and other listing services

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$70,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
