Job Description: Bilingual Showing Assistant

We are looking for a bilingual showing assistant with a valid real estate license to become part of our team. Your main responsibilities will include assisting the lead agent by showcasing properties to prospective buyers, negotiating deals, and earning a commission of 15-20% on successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property showings, primarily during afternoons and weekends.
• Dedicate 10-25 hours per week, based on client needs.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$100,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly
