• Engage in daily real estate prospecting to build a consistent success routine
• Maintain and update your CRM database on a daily basis
• Regularly host open houses to attract potential buyers
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Enhance your conversational skills daily to meet team conversion standards
• Participate in weekly and monthly team activities as per team guidelines
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls to improve your mindset and skills
• Monitor and report your activities using PLACE Technology systems to track your progress and performance
• Regularly preview homes to gain a deeper understanding of property values
• Commit to working 40-50 hours per week to grow your business within our team

• Possession of a valid real estate license is required
• Bilingual (Spanish highly desired)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A positive, growth-focused attitude
• Highly organized with superior time management capabilities
• Eagerness to learn and utilize conversation scripts and dialogues
• Commitment to tracking daily activities and analyzing data to understand market trends
• Prior industry experience is a plus, but we offer comprehensive training and resources for the right candidates

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
