Your Opportunity

Keller Williams One in Greensboro, NC is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to join us as an Assistant Team Leader & Productivity Coach (Launch Coaching). This hybrid position focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and delivering personalized coaching to new agents during their critical initial production phase (0–4 transactions). You will fuel growth by actively attracting talent, implementing KW’s established models and systems, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous progress within the Launch Program.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Growth

  • Recruit and onboard a minimum of 5 new agents (R0–R1) per month
  • Host career nights, school visits, and recruiting events to generate leads
  • Partner with the Director of Operations and MCA to support onboarding
  • Optional: recruit R2+ agents (mid to high producers) for additional incentive opportunities

Launch Coaching (0–4 Transactions)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and accountability coach for Launch agents
  • Coordinate and lead the Monday–Wednesday Full-Time Launch and Dual Career Program, including:
    • Class instruction
    • Field learning
    • Business labs
    • Group lead generation (Daily Lead Generation)
  • Track progress, coach to milestones, and maintain agent accountability
  • Implement Keller Williams tools, models, and growth strategies
  • Collaborate with DOO/MCA to manage the Launch Coaching budget

Leadership & Culture

  • Partner with Team Leader and Market Center leadership to grow recruits and the Launch Program
  • Attend morning huddles (8:00 AM), monthly team meetings, maintain weekly office presence, and attend required regional/TL/ATL meetings
  • Promote and embody KW culture and a growth-first mindset
  • Maintain a collaborative, high-accountability coaching environment

Qualifications

Required

  • Active NC real estate license in good standing with NCREC and GRRA
  • Full broker license (BIC-eligible preferred)
  • Availability for a 30–35 hour/week commitment
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and accountability coaching ability

Preferred

  • Proven real estate production success (example benchmark: $2.3M+ volume/year)
  • Strong presentation, teaching, and coaching skills
  • Leadership experience (or clear leadership potential) within a brokerage environment
  • Passion for agent development and Keller Williams models and culture

Compensation

$85,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
