Responsibilities

What You’ll Do (and Why It’ll Feel Different Here)

  • Focus on people, not paperwork. You’ll spend your time building relationships, showing homes, and negotiating deals — while our in-house team handles the marketing, listing, and transaction details.
  • Generate new business with confidence. We’ll help you master a proven lead-generation system so your pipeline stays full and predictable, not sporadic and stressful.
  • Host open houses and community events that actually attract qualified buyers — we’ll provide marketing support, signage, and follow-up systems so your efforts turn into closings.
  • Guide clients through life-changing moments. Whether buying or selling, you’ll lead with empathy, clarity, and expertise — backed by a team that supports you every step of the way.
  • Leverage powerful technology. Our integrated CRM, marketing tools, and follow-up programs help you stay organized, track results, and keep every client feeling like your only client.
  • Collaborate, not compete. Attend team trainings, role-plays, and weekly meetings designed to sharpen your skills and keep you connected to others who share your drive.
  • Become the local expert. Advise sellers on pricing, staging, and strategy. Help buyers understand the market. Build trust through professionalism and service.
  • Invest in your growth. With guidance from leadership and our Director of Operations, you’ll refine your systems, strengthen your business habits, and create a life by design — not by chance.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed in Texas and in good standing with TREC.
  • At least 3+ years of residential real estate experience — you’ve had success, but you know you’re capable of more.
  • A proven track record of helping clients and closing deals, even if you’ve felt like you’ve had to do it all yourself until now.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to guide clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
  • A growth-minded attitude — someone who wants to be coached, collaborate, and continually improve.
  • The ability to thrive in a team environment where accountability and culture matter as much as production.
  • A desire to work full-time with other driven agents and professionals who push each other to new levels.
  • The self-discipline to manage your time, follow up, and stay consistent — with the tools and systems to make that easier than ever.

Compensation

$75,000 - $140,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
