Latitude Living Partners is hiring experienced real estate agents in the Tampa Bay area who want to increase production, improve income, and grow with a team. This is a commission-based real estate agent position designed for agents ready to scale using proven systems, coaching, and support.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE Active Real Estate License (Florida)
• Minimum 8 closed real estate transactions
• Experience as a Buyer’s Agent, Listing Agent, or REALTOR®
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Generate and follow up with real estate leads
• Provide exceptional client service throughout the transaction process
• Utilize CRM, marketing tools, and real estate technology
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability
• Collaborate with other real estate agents and staff

Position Details

• Job Type: Commission-based / Independent Contractor
• Schedule: Flexible
• Location: Tampa Bay & Surrounding Areas

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$55,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
