Latitude Living Partners is seeking seasoned real estate agents in the Tampa Bay region who are eager to boost their production, enhance their earnings, and expand their career within a supportive team environment. This role is a commission-driven opportunity tailored for agents ready to grow by leveraging established systems, expert coaching, and comprehensive support.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida Real Estate License
• At least 8 completed real estate transactions
• Background as a Buyer’s Agent, Listing Agent, or REALTOR®
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Coachable, self-driven, and focused on achieving results
• Collaborative mindset with potential for leadership roles

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential property transactions
• Generate leads and maintain consistent follow-up
• Deliver outstanding client service throughout each transaction
• Utilize CRM platforms, marketing resources, and real estate technology effectively
• Engage in coaching sessions, training programs, and team accountability initiatives
• Work closely with fellow agents and support staff

Position Details

• Employment Type: Commission-based / Independent Contractor
• Work Schedule: Flexible
• Location: Tampa Bay and surrounding communities
• 📋 Active real estate license required

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
