What You’ll Be Doing

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Generate business consistently through lead generation and follow-up
• Convert conversations into appointments and signed clients
• Deliver exceptional client service from consultation to closing
• Utilize our CRM, marketing tools, and proven operating systems
• Participate in weekly coaching, accountability, and team standards
• Collaborate with operations and fellow agents to create a seamless client experience

Position Details

Commission-Based | Independent Contractor
Flexible Schedule
Serving Tampa Bay and surrounding communities
Active Florida Real Estate License Required

This is a team partnership opportunity for agents serious about growth, production, and building a long-term career in real estate.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$55,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
